I was booking the room type 6 person in the room but when I checked-in I got my own room. Never expected but anyway the room is not that clean. Toilet is fine, better to stay for very short time but if you plan to stay longer maybe a bit trouble but this place is very close to bukit bintang station and also close to mcdonald, kfc, stabucks etc. And the price is very very cheap.

Not the best stay experience but it's quite satisfactory for me as a traveler. I will consider to stay here again on the next traveling to KL...

This hotel beautiful for stay and cheap to pay nearly to kfc arab street all mall have free WiFi call grab car and have awesome view to the twins towers . Ms G staff are so funny and help full, the lady staff so cute and more friend with guest provide nice service and comfortable place to stay house keeping always working hard and clean , all of service they give by smile face . 24 hours respiration , I love my stay with royal I come to stay one week I stay 2 months because of people and manger so much nice people I love to stay more my second home in Malaysia royal Palm God bless this place and the hotel management.
